Roy Farm is located approximately 7 miles northwest of Hart, Texas, 11.5 miles southeast of Dimmitt, Texas, and 8 miles southwest of Nazareth, Texas. Over the years, the property has primarily been used for rotational grazing in addition to +\/-40 acres of irrigated alfalfa. The owners have been putting about 3-4 inches of alfalfa per cutting.
