This is an older two story house which has natural gas heat (not hooked up by the current tenants) and central air conditioning. Wood floors throughout the house, up and down except for vinyl in the bathrooms. Large LR has plenty of room for a dining area. Half bath and utility room downstairs share the same space. Exact age of house is unknown but tax office has it as effective age of 1975.
